What CableMetric collects, why, and who it's shared with.
Contact form
If you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the message you send, plus your company name and mobile number if you choose to provide them. This is sent by email to our own inbox using Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service, so that we can reply to you. We don't use it for anything else, and we don't sell or share it with anyone beyond that.
Cable schedule
The cable schedule tool saves your project and circuit data only in your own browser's local storage, on your own device. We never see it, receive it, or store a copy of it ourselves. Clearing your browser's site data, or using a different browser or device, will remove it — export a JSON backup first if you want to keep it.
Calculators
The cable size, voltage drop and voltage rise calculators run entirely in your browser. The numbers you enter are never sent anywhere.
Cookies and tracking
We don't use cookies or analytics. The only thing saved locally beyond cable schedules is your light/dark theme preference, which stays on your device.
